Our Tai Chi Class takes place on Thursday mornings between 11am-12pm
Come along and learn the gentle art of Infinite Tai Chi. Classes are suitable for all abilities & levels of fitness. Tai chi is a series of gentle exercises that combines both deep breathing and relaxation techniques with slow, graceful movements. Tai Chi can be carried out either in a standing or seated position. Studies show that tai chi aids focus, balance, strength and coordination. Classes are provided in a safe, fun and relaxing environment
