Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines both deep breathing and relaxation techniques with slow, graceful movements. Tai Chi can be carried out either in a standing or seated position and our Tai Chi Master aims to work with the needs of all those who join the classes. Members report that it aids balance , strength and coordination provided in a fun and relaxing environment. The classes with a guided meditation for all .

Our Tai Chi Class takes place on Thursday mornings between 11am-12pm
